04/13 Ryan’s “Calm & Cool” Thursday Night Forecast

We’ve had a long string of wonderfully warm days, and the good news is they just keep coming, including tonight’s calm and cool evening. Tonight’s low will fall to around 64 degrees with calm winds and relatively moist air. Normally that would lead to patchy or dense fog development, but a land breeze will pick up in the early morning hours bringing in drier inland air and mixing things up.

Tomorrow will remain warm and dry, with an afternoon high near 79 and light winds from the East. There really isn’t much more to say about Friday, and Saturday is expected to be a carbon copy. Easter Sunday will be slightly different. The temperature and cloud cover will remain similar, but we’ll begin seeing small chances of afternoon showers/t-storms popping up during the hottest parts of the afternoon due to daytime heating and upper level pressure features. Much of the day will be mostly sunny and great, but between 1 PM and 6 PM we’ll begin seeing increasing clouds and a few showers. As of yet, it’s not expected to be significant enough to cancel any of your Easter plans, just be aware the afternoon might get a bit wet.
