04/07 Ryan’s “Crisp” Thursday Night Forecast

It’s getting a bit predictable with our warm, clear, and sunny days and crisp, calm nights. Tonight will be about a degree cooler than it was last night, but still in the mid-40s. Tomorrow afternoon will be especially nice with low humidity and below-average temperatures as low as 72 on the coastline. It won’t be until Sunday that the ridge responsible for all our clear & dry days moves far enough East to bring Southerly winds back to the coast. From this point, expect our temperatures and cloud cover to gradually increase through Tuesday, when a weak cold front looks likely to move through the area.

This front doesn’t have much energy associated with it, and at this time little more than a few showers is expected in South MS. This front will either pass through or dissipate overhead, though either way we won’t see much cooling and only a little “drying.”
