04/26 Ryan’s “Muggy” Monday Night Forecast

We did see some slightly drier air move in over the weekend, but now it’s downright muggy again in South MS. That’ll begin leading to visibility issues later on, though I am expecting to see patchy, inland fog tonight. Otherwise, expect light cloud cover to continue to linger in the skies with a mild low near 63 degrees. Winds remain southerly, and increase into tomorrow afternoon as the temperature rises. Tomorrow’s high climbs into the upper 70s, with mostly sunny skies.

We continue warming for the next few days, topping out in the low 80s by Thursday as our next front moves in.

This will bring some rain Thursday night and Friday morning, but it isn’t looking significant in terms of rain or severe weather. We’ll continue to monitor it as it develops, but we may be looking at only a few tenths of an inch of rainfall all week long. It’ll cool down a bit for the weekend after this front, into “perfect” territory for Saturday with highs in the low 70s and slightly lower humdity.
