02/09 Ryan’s “Dense Fog” Tuesday Night Forecast

We have another foggy night ahead with dense fog advisories now issued, and even warmer & more humid than the last. Tonight’s low rises to 60 degrees as cloud cover and rain chances increase as well. Tomorrow is looking more like a spring day, with a high near 73 and scattered afternoon showers. This “well above average” trend continues for at least one more day before any cooler air arrives.

We’ll start seeing cooling by Friday as the front pushes in, which will continue until we hit the mid 40s by the start of next week.

Lows at this time will be near or below freezing for at least 3-4 nights, possibly even into the upper 20s by Sunday night. Until then though, expect cloudy, wet conditions to linger for the rest of the week and start of the weekend. Even as the cold, dry air moves in, enough moisture will linger that we can’t completely say wintry precipitation is out of the question Monday night.
