01/30 Ryan’s “Pleasant” Monday Afternoon Forecast

Nearly perfect, pleasant weather this afternoon and it will continue for another few days. As the surface high pressure lingers, we’ll see some continued gradual warming on the back side of the ridge as Southern “return flow” strengthens. Clouds begin to thicken a bit as we head into the middle of the week, and as the humidity and temperatures continue to climb, we’ll see more “late Spring/early Summer” conditions. By Thursday, a front will move into the area but is expected to stall out, leading to cloudy skies and a few showers as we head into the weekend. Another front is expected Sunday, which will be slightly stronger, and offer a little more potential for rain. We’ll see more clear/cool weather on the other side of that front though, so our active weather drought will continue for a bit longer.
