01/07 Ryan’s “Foggy & Cloudy” Monday Evening Forecast

Get ready for another foggy night in South Mississippi, but a cold front will bring drier air as early as tomorrow! As of now the front is poised to our Northwest near Central Arkansas and will push through by lunchtime tomorrow. It’s a much drier front than we generally see, so expect almost no rain and only cloud cover as it moves in.

Skies will begin to clear almost immediately, and should be completely clear by the early morning hours of Wednesday.

Temperatures will fall to the low 60s for Wednesday and further into the upper 50s by Thursday, with very similar conditions to our weather last weekend. The ridge that moves in will keep skies clear throughout the middle of the week, but clouds begin to gather by Friday and our next round of active weather will move in by Saturday. Showers and a few thunderstorms are expected, but it’s too early to know about severe weather. Stay tuned throughout the week for updates on this weekend’s weather.
