Youth for Christ’s new building is under renovations in Gulfport

Mississippi Gulf Coast Youth for Christ is opening a new building in Gulfport.

They’ve acquired a new property off of Pass Road that will serve the community as ministry, thrift store, and teen center.

They’re expecting it to be one of the biggest teen centers on the Coast and it will have laser tag, a go-cart track, and arcade.

Youth for Christ says their goal is to build a safe environment for students to come and learn about the Lord. Mississippi Gulf Coast Youth for Christ Executive Director Brad Holt said, “To me it’s unimaginable it has to be the Lord that Youth for Christ would be able to afford a property like this and that all of this stuff just came out of nowhere. We’ve been running a thrift store for four years now and in three years we’ve filled up two of the three buildings on this property.”

If you’re interested in helping Youth for Christ, they need building materials and volunteers. If you are interested you can contact them at 228-864-0788. You can always shop or donate to their thrift store.
