Woman Pleads Guilty in Bank Robbery

A Gulfport woman pleads guilty to robbing a bank back in 2014.
Thirty-six year-old Lacritia Summerlin entered her plea in court this week after admitting to robbing the First Bank on Highway 49 on September 19th, 2014.
A bank teller told police a woman had approached her window, pulled a handgun from her waistband, demanded cash and told the teller not to push the alarm button. Arriving officers noticed a cellphone in the parking lot that belonged to Summerlin and found her in her apartment with both the stolen money and the handgun.
Summerlin will be sentenced on September 12th.
