Woman injured in Saucier house fire dies

Officials confirm that the female victim of the house fire in Saucier on Tuesday, July 3 who received serious burns from the fire and was transported to USA Medical Center in Mobile died Wednesday night, July 4^th.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this point. Investigators with the Harrison County Fire Marshal’s Office, Harrison County Sheriff’s Dept. and the State Fire Marshal’s Office are continuing to try and determine the cause of the fire.
