WANTED: Biloxi Police asking for help identifying burglary suspect

The Biloxi Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person suspected of burglary.

On Monday, Biloxi Police responded to a residence located in the 300 Block of Goose Point Boulevard in reference to a residential burglary in progress.

As officers arrived on scene, two suspects fled the residence south towards the area of Pass Road.

One juvenile suspect was captured and taken into custody by Biloxi Police during a foot pursuit.

The second suspect eluded arrest. It is not known if the second suspect is a juvenile or an adult. He is described as a male black last seen wearing a gray Nike hooded sweatshirt, light colored jeans and dark shoes.

Evidence obtained during this investigation assisted Biloxi Police in identifying the same captured juvenile as a suspect in a residential burglary reported in the same block of Goose Point Boulevard on December 6.

The juvenile suspect was charged with two counts of residential burglary and transported to the Harrison County Youth Detention Center.
