Video shows Hancock County middle schoolers helping bus driver after medical emergency
HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV) Incredible video shows Hancock County middle school students springing into action after their bus driver passed out last week.
The video shows the driver passing out while the bus is in motion back on April 22nd.
Several students immediately came to her aid, one grabbed the wheel, another hit the break.
Another student grabbed the bottle of medicine in the driver’s hand and gave her a pill, while other students called 911 and the school to alert them.
The driver is doing fine now and is thankful to the students for saving her life.
The Hancock County School District released a statement after the incident, praising the students for their quick thinking.
