Update in case of Gulfport teen accused of killing brother

The manslaughter case involving the shooting death of six-year-old Zaylan Sparkman will move to a grand jury.
The preliminary hearing for 16-year-old Albert Craft was waived in Harrison County Court today. Craft is accused of shooting his little brother, Zaylan, in Gulfport August 4th, leading to the six-year-old’s death.
Craft is being charged as an adult. According to court documents, this is not Craft’s first run in with police. He remains behind bars on a $100,000 bond.
