Two Charged in St. Andrews Homicide

New developments this afternoon about the homicide investigation in which the body of a man was found on a dirt road in the St. Andrews community of Jackson County Tuesday morning.
Two have been charged with capital murder: Rita Johnston and Hubert Anderson. The pair is accused of killing Biloxi resident Donta Banks.
Last night, the car suspected in that investigation was spotted in Biloxi. Anderson was the driver. He led police on a high speed chase where he later crashed into a home in the Sunkist subdivision. The car in that chase turned out to belong to the victim, Donta Banks.
