Two charged in commercial burglary case in Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)-Two men have been arrested in connection to a burglary at a Jackson County business earlier this month.

Investigators say nearly $13,000 worth of equipment in a construction trailer was stolen.

Twenty-eight-year-old Joseph Morrell and 29-year-old Michael Adam are each charged with one count of commercial burglary.

The theft happened at Chris Albritton Construction on Wade-Vancleave Road.

Morrell is also facing a possession of a weapon by a convicted felon charge and probation violation.

This is still an active investigation and more charges could be filed in this case.
