Two Arrested with Stolen Firearm at Casino

A stolen gun was recovered early this morning after the Biloxi Police Department arrested a man and woman for pulling a gun on someone at the IP Casino in Biloxi.
The Biloxi Police Department arrested 35-year-old Lucas Hickam of Biloxi and 38-year-old Jamie Lynn Guice of D’iberville after an investigation revealed that Hickam pulled a gun at a person in the parking garage of the IP Casino following a verbal confrontation. They fled the scene and were later found at Boomtown Casino with the gun that had been reported stolen to the Long Beach Police Department in 2007.
Lt. Christopher De Back said, “They arrested Lucas Michael Hickam for the possession of a stolen firearm. He was charged with that as well as possession of methamphetamine charge. They ended up finding him in possession of that as well. He was also a convicted felon, so he’s also charged with possession of a weapon after a conviction.”
Guice was charged with possession of a controlled substance as well. Hickam’s bond totaled to $150,000 and Guice’s bond was set at $50,000.
