Two arrested in connection with drive-by shooting in Harrison County

According to Sheriff Troy Peterson, 26-year-old Jared Dewey and 24-year-old Beverly Trotta were arrested for their connection with a drive-by shooting in Saucier.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of shots fired at a home off of Jabour Drive on June 22nd. Investigators linked Dewey and Trotta to the incident, saying it stemmed from an altercation the previous day.

Both were charged with one felony count of aggravated assault and one felony count of drive-by shooting.
