Thursday Forecast 100815

High pressure in the southeast is leading to some beautiful days here on the Gulf Coast. Slightly warmer temperatures will continue until a cold front will pass through late Friday or early Saturday. The weak frontal system won’t do much more than increase cloud cover Friday evening and Saturday, but rain chances will go up to around 10%. Post-frontal weather will be dry and cool, with high pressure bringing northerly winds and drier air to the Gulf which should last until near the end of next week. Columbus day on Monday looks especially nice, with a daytime high near 80 and plenty of sunshine. A great start to a solid fall week.
