Three shot at Level Nightclub in Biloxi early Sunday

Police say three people were injured after gunfire erupted during a concert at a Biloxi nightclub.

Our media partner the Sun Herald reports three people with gunshot wounds were taken to a hospital early Sunday. Biloxi Police Major Chris De Back said he did not know their conditions.

De Back said the shots were fired at Level Nightclub in Downtown Biloxi during a performance by the rapper Jucee Froot.

Police have announced no arrests in the shootings. The rapper posted on her Facebook page that ‘shots were going off in every direction.’

Jucee Froot said she had just begun doing shows again following a hiatus because of the coronavirus pandemic.
