The MS Gulf Coast Billfish Classic returns to South Mississippi
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Anglers from across the Gulf region are heading to Biloxi for one of the region’s premier sport-fishing events this week.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic is back for its 29th year, bringing together top fishing teams for days of offshore competition and big-money pursuits.
Known for record-breaking catches, multi-million-dollar payouts, and a high-energy atmosphere, the tournament has grown into one of the most anticipated events on the Coast.
Competitors will gather Tuesday night for the dock party, which serves as a kickoff to this event. Things really get going on Thursday with the big boat parade on the Biloxi Channel.
