Surviving Couple Files Lawsuit

Two survivors of Tuesday’s fatal train crash in Biloxi file suit in Texas seeking over one million dollars in damages.
The lawsuit filed on behalf of Darwyn and Marine Hanna of Bastrop, Texas alleges gross negligence on the part of CSX, the charter bus company echo, and it’s owners.
In part, the suit says CSX failed to stop the train in enough time to avoid the collision and failed to post emergency telephone numbers on signs surrounding the tracks to report problems.
As for echo, the suit alleges the driver failed to heed the warning signs and failed to alert CSX that the tourist bus was stopped on the tracks.
This lawsuit comes after the heirs of Peggy and Ken Hoffman, who were killed in the crash, also filed lawsuits.
