Student Volunteer Honored for her Work

A Pass Christian High School senior is adding another award to her collection of honors recognizing her for her gift for volunteerism.
Seventeen-year-old Lindsey Meyer has been named Mississippi’s Top Youth Volunteer Winner for 2016. Meyer is known for working with children who have autism, ADHD and other sensory related disorders. She planned a special sensory friendly movie presentation at a local theater after learning that many with these types of special needs are often denied this simple pleasure because they can’t sit still or stay quiet for an entire movie.
