Shuckers outfielder named to MLB Pipeline Team of the Week

Shuckers outfielder Troy Stokes Jr. received some recognition of his own as he made the MLB Pipeline Team of the Week.

Stokes was one of ten minor leaguers with 20 homeruns and 20 steals in 2017. He’s currently in position to duplicate those stats sitting at 12 homers and 13 steals this season. Before tonight’s game, Stokes had a batting average of .252.

The Maryland native was drafted in the fourth round by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2014.
