Second Woman Arrested in Connection with Ocean Springs Bank Robbery

Today, August 05, 2016, Chief Wayne Payne is announcing the arrest of Tearria Shava Wallace, 29, of D’Iberville on the charge of Accessory after the fact to Robbery.
D’Iberville Police Captain Marty Griffin said Detectives are assisting the Ocean Springs Police Department in the ongoing investigation into the bank robbery which occurred on August 3rd at the Hancock Bank. After the arrest of Brittnei Michelle Farmer, information obtained in this ongoing investigation through interviews and physical evidence, revealed Wallace to be an accomplice after the fact and was arrested Friday morning, August 5, 2016. It is alleged Wallace assisted Farmer in hiding and attempting to destroy evidence after the robbery was committed.
Griffin stated Wallace was booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention on a bond of $250,000.00 pending an initial appearance.
