Second Suspect Arrested in Moss Point Cat Abuse Case
The second man wanted in connection to the Moss Point cat abuse case is now in custody after In Defense of Animals, an international animal protection organization, offered a $2,500 reward for information that could lead to his arrest.
Moss Point Captain Stacy Deans tells News 25 24-year-old Laderrick O’Neal Rostchild was arrested after a tip led authorities to a Shortcut Road apartment.
Rostchild was taken into custody without incident on the warrant for aggravated cruelty to an animal for his involvement in the video that went viral on social media.
His uncle, 43-year-old Larry Rostchild, turned himself in two weeks ago.
