Saints looking for stadium for week one

Just over two weeks out from the first game of the season, the Saints have relocated to Dallas where the team has been holding practice at the Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium due to Hurricane Ida.

Over the weekend, the team evacuated New Orleans ahead of the storm, which has left much of New Orleans and the surrounding areas without power after tearing through the Gulf Coast Sunday.

The Saints held workouts in Texas Monday and today and are expected to do so Wednesday as well.

The company that operates the Superdome says it appears that the facility didn’t suffer any major structural damage during Hurricane Ida.

There have been no decisions yet on whether the Saints’ games against the Packers week one will be able to be played at home or if the team will have to find another location for the season-opener.
