Saints Hall Of Fame Roadshow

Black and gold filled the concourse at MGM Park this weekend when a spectacular hall of fame tour came to town the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame made a special visit to Biloxi last night to meet and greet a line of adoring fans that stretched as far as the eye could see. The Saints brought some big time players and special memorabilia to display for the crowd, including their beloved Lombardi trophy. News 25 spoke with longtime Saints DB Fred Thomas, who says he enjoys getting to spend time with the hall of famers just as much as the rest of the fans.

Fred Thomas told News 25, “Morten Anderson, that Morten Anderson. It was kind of a shock to be in his presence. You played against him growing up I watched him, then played against him, when I retired he was still going.”

Morten Anderson told News 25, “It’s been unbelievable down here, we came down on Friday, it’s just been wonderful hospitality, people are great here, it’s just a wonderful place.”

This weekend long trip to Biloxi is the first time the Saints Hall of Fame Exhibition has ever gone on the road.
