RV caught on fire on I-10
Around 5 this afternoon, a recreational vehicle caught on fire while heading down Interstate 10.
The driver of the RV was heading west on I-10 when a passerby waved him down to pullover. After the driver pulled over he noticed the flames coming out of the back window and safely exited the vehicle with his wife. No one was harmed in the flames.
Ray Kenny Moore, the owner of the RV, tells News 25 the moment he noticed the fire. “Well we were just pulling down the road and a guy told us to pull over and we did and by the time we got stopped and that’s all I know. The whole motor home burned inside.”
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
