Preparing for a hot weekend in South Mississippi

If you’re one of the thousands that will be attending the airshow this weekend or if you just plan on being outside be prepared for the high temperatures.

During the day we can expect heat in the mid-90s, pair that with high humidity and a heat index of around 110 degrees and the likelihood of heat stroke or dehydration becomes a very real danger.

Remember to wear loose, cool clothing, stay hydrated, and don’t forget the sunscreen.
