Bay St. Louis police have arrested a man for stealing safety barricades. Brooks Quinlan allegedly stole barricades put in place for last night’s parade downtown. Officers found the barricades in the back of Quinlan’s truck during a traffic stop. Quinlan admitted to officers he took the barricades to block off his personal property.
