MGCCC massage therapy program receives scholarship

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College received a generous $2,600 scholarship Monday morning from the Sunray Companies in support of the college’s massage therapy program at the Perkinston Campus. Two arrested in sex crimes case in George County

GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- George County Sheriff’s deputies made two arrests in a recent sex crimes case. Twenty-two-year-old Brody Parker is charged with secretly photographing for lewd purposes. Thirty-two-year-old Shannon Havens is charged with accessory after the fact. Mississippi National Guard welcomed back home

The Mississippi National Guard has welcomed home troops from the nation’s capital last week. These guardsmen were welcomed at Thompson Air Field on September 25 with 70 guardsmen departing to replace the returning group. Missing Hinds County girl found dead in Alabama

Janae McGill, reported missing on September 21, has been found dead. Janae’s body was found close to where her mother, Shardee, was discovered. The cause of death is unknown at this time, pending an autopsy. This is an ongoing investigation between local, state, and federal partners in Mississippi and Alabama.
