Lucedale man charged with manslaughter

LUCEDALE, Miss. (WXXV)- A Lucedale man is charged with manslaughter after a Friday shooting. Thirty-eight-year-old George Buckley was killed in that shooting Friday night which happened on CF Ward Road. Twenty-year-old Dante Anderson is now being held at the George County Jail. Mammoth teeth fossils found on Mississippi beach

Gulf Coast, Miss. (WXXV)-Back in August 2024, a mammoth tusk was found in a creek in Central Mississippi.
