Pitching aces from Biloxi making splash in Brewers organization

Checking in now with some former Shuckers players who have had some impressive performances on their new teams within the Brewers organization.

Starting with pitcher Corbin Burnes in the Major Leagues, recently having been voted as one of the three Brewers’ pitchers to play in the All-Star Game.

In the first game of a double-header with the Mets, Burnes struck out shortstop Francisco Lindor who just signed a 10-year, $341 million mega contract in the offseason.

Ethan Small pitched six innings in a shut-out win against the Stripers last night. In three starts, Small is 1-0 with a 1.23 ERA
