In-person ‘First Fridays’ are back in Downtown Biloxi

For the first time in six months, in-person ‘First Fridays’ are returning to Downtown Biloxi starting tomorrow night.

Due to COVID, the last ‘First Friday’ held in the streets of Biloxi was in March. Downtown stores and restaurants throughout Rue Magnolia and the Biloxi Art District will stay open late for shoppers.

Eventgoers will even have the opportunity to participate in a Downtown Biloxi search for hidden Cruisin’ cars fun. Biloxi Main Street President Corey Christy said, “We are kind of taking it light honestly compared to what we would have normally done. It’s almost a test run to see how it works out, how many people come out and if we’re able to keep them safe. So we’ll be doing most things outside. We’ll be bringing back the music. All the businesses in the area will be having something special going on. So, hopefully people come out and we can stay safe and have a good time.”

Festivities will begin at 5 p.m. and go until 8 p.m.
