Pass Christian Police Chief Connects with Community

This morning, women from one Coast neighborhood were able to talk one-on-one with the man that heads their police department.
Chief Tim Hendricks of the Pass Christian Police Department attended an event put on by the Timber Ridge Lady’s Club. Chief Hendricks was sworn-in in June and has been trying to connect with residents all across the city ever since.
Timber Ridge is one of the largest neighborhoods in Pass Christian. Gwenn Voights, with the Timber Ridge Lady’s Organization, said, “We’re 1,000 homes in here, so this is a pretty big community. It’s a nice place, but we just want him to tell us there’s something we need to be doing that we can do to help other people and not just ourselves.”
If you didn’t make it today, Chief Hendricks and the Pass Christian Police Department also hold ‘Coffee with a Cop’ every third Thursday of the month.
