Palazzo Says Country Needs to Do More Against ISIS
The U.S. has carried out more than 2,200 air strikes, but Congressman Palazzo says it’s done little to deter ISIS. Palazzo serves in the Mississippi National Guard as a reservist. He tells News 25 he believes the President’s current strategy isn’t working when it comes to ISIS terrorism and attack. The congressman believes President Obama should listen to the nation’s men and women in uniform who serve our country, saying it could contribute to a better strategy when it comes to protecting our country both at home and abroad.
Palazzo says, “The world’s not becoming a safer place, it’s becoming much dangerous, and I think it has a lot to do with the fact that we have a Commander in Chief that does not understand world threats and does not understand our U.S. military.”
Palazzo pledges he will continue to do his part to keep Mississippi and America safe.
