No foul play suspected in Pascagoula death
Pascagoula police have released an update on the investigation into the woman found in a pond on Christmas Eve.
Police say they believe foul play was not a factor in the death of 65-year-old Deloise Moody and that they’re awaiting the results of a toxicology report and autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
Moody’s body was found near the service road parallel to Highway 90 and south of Singing River Hospital on Thursday.
Pascagoula police are continuing to investigate the matter with the assistance of the Singing River Health System’s police division.
