No Bond for Man Charged with Jackson County Murder

On 31 March 2016, Hubert Patrick Anderson, was brought before Judge T. Larry Wilson on the Charge of Capital Murder 97-3-21(3).

Mr. Anderson was denied bond on the Capital Murder Charge consistent with state law. Mr. Anderson will remain in custody at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center pending a preliminary hearing in County Court.

If convicted of Capital Murder Anderson Faces a term of life in state penitentiary or death penalty.
