New school opportunities for 2018 for St. Martin High

Holiday break has come to an end and schools all across the Coast are back in session.
For teachers and faculty at St. Martin High School, the holiday break was spent preparing for the spring semester. Principal Dina Holland told News 25 about some of the changes and new things the students and parents can expect in 2018.
Holland says that students now have a chance to take courses from William Carey University and that they plan to have all sophomores take the practice ACT. “We also have a new program called ‘Imagine Math’ where students take a benchmark assessment on the computer and it shows us where they are mathematically and the program is built just for them, starting where they are and it will take them as far as they want to go. So, we are really excited to see what type of enrichment or remediation that also brings to our students.”
Holland tells News 25 that she hopes students take advantage of the many new things the school has to offer.
