New Keesler Air Force Base app

A new app launched by Keesler Air Force Base is a one stop shop for all things Keesler.
The app collects information about what’s taking place on and around the base and puts it into one convenient place. You’ll find easy access to Keesler’s social media pages, phone numbers, weather updates, and vital alerts about base happenings and gate closures.
Commander of the 81st Training Wing Colonel Michele Edmonson tells News 25 she hopes more people will download the app and learn about events happening on base. “Someone brought up this morning ‘can we use the golf course?’ Yes, it is open to the community, but the community doesn’t know that so we need it to do a better job of communicating what we already have and what the community can participate in with us and then give us ideas. I mean, there’s certainly ways to give us feedback too. So, we can use it for a feedback mechanism to get info back and what can we do better to be better partners for you.”
