New Domino’s opens its doors in Biloxi
Making pizza is a family tradition for the Mueller family. Brothers Richard and Glenn Mueller opened the Domino’s Pizza store on Pass Road in Biloxi 40 years ago.
This morning, they officially cut the ribbon on a brand new and improved store right next door to the old one.
Richard and Glenn own the old Domino’s store which was the very first Domino’s in the state of Mississippi. They opened their doors in 1978. “At the time, Domino’s Pizza only had 400 stores, but today they have over 16,000 stores, but a lot of people got their start there, not just my brother and Frank Meeks, but also we have developed a lot of people through this store. We not only service the base and a lot of Biloxi, but helped us get our start.”
This new store includes a comfortable lobby, open-area viewing of the food preparation process, and the ability to track carryout orders electronically on a lobby screen.
The store also features a chalkboard to allow customers to express their creativity or to leave feedback for the store team members. The store also has a convenient pickup window.
