Neshoba County opens first mobile testing site for Coronavirus in Mississippi

The first Coronavirus mobile testing site in Mississippi is up and running.

This morning, a drive-up testing site opened at the Neshoba County Coliseum outside of Philadelphia.

The site is being operated by Neshoba General Hospital and is limited to Neshoba County residents and hospital patients.

This morning there were just a few patients.

To use the service, all customers have to be pre-approved through a tele-covid call in center.

They are operating Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until noon and then from 1 to 5 p.m.

The Neshoba County Sheriff’s Department is providing security.
