Mystic Moon Festival took place at Beauvoir this weekend

Families were able to get out and enjoy the weather this weekend as Emerald Coast Productions held their inaugural Mystic Moon Festival at Beauvoir.

Over 20 vendors participated in the festival including two food vendors.

Entertainment was provided by The Jollies, Red McWilliams, and the Gypsy Chicks. A little magic was performed with a contortionist, magician, Juggler Joey 5, along with shows of the magical poodles.

Emerald Coast Productions General Manager Sadie Levens tells News 25 the Mystic Moon Festival was created to help the community. “So, the big thing is giving back to the community. We doing what we love to do and people at this time really need, a lot of these vendors have not worked in a year. The COVID has hit them really hard.”

All the money made at the Mystic Moon Festival goes towards Beauvoir Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library.
