Multiple agencies respond to house fire in Gulf Park Estates area Wednesday
JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Gulf Park Estates/ St. Andrews Fire Department, along with Jackson County OES and Ocean Springs Fire Department, spent much of the evening Wednesday battling a house fire in the Gulf Park Estates Area.
The department shared images of the crews working to put out he flames.
The house is located in the South Pointe Subdivision.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire, saving two homes which were in danger of being impacted.
They were also able to contain a nearby woods fire that spread due to the intensity of this house fire.
The occupants of the home were able to get out safely, but one firefighter suffered minor burns and was able to be treated at the scene.
