Mother of missing toddler arrested for child neglect
On Wednesday, October 4th, 2017 Sheriff Troy Peterson announced the arrest of 21-year-old Chelsea Noble who currently resides on Pete Hickman Road in Saucier on a misdemeanor charge of child neglect.
According to Sheriff Peterson, on October 3rd, 2017, Harrison County deputies responded to Pete Hickman Road in Saucier, MS on a report of a missing child. After a seven hour extensive search involving multiple agencies, the missing child was found safe.
Upon further investigation by Harrison County Sheriff’s investigators, it was determined that the child was not being properly supervised by Chelsea Noble which led to the child to become missing. Harrison County Investigators obtained a warrant for Chelsea Noble and arrested her at her residence.
Department of Human Services took custody of Chelsea Noble’s children at the time of her arrest.
Chelsea Noble was booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility and charged with child neglect. Chelsea Noble is being held in lieu of a $1,500 bond set by Judge William Tisdale.
