Mississippi Gulf Coast casino closures ahead of Hurricane Sally
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) — Some casinos along the Mississippi Gulf Coast are closing ahead of Hurricane Sally.
Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi says they will temporarily close at 4 p.m. Monday, September 14 in order to prepare for Hurricane Sally. The entire resort, including the hotel will be closed to the public.
The Silver Slipper Casino Hotel in Bay St. Louis closed at 10 a.m. Monday, and will remain closed until it is safe to return and evacuation orders have been lifted in Hancock County.
