MiLB announces rule changes

Now as it pertains to the Biloxi Shuckers, today Minor League Baseball announced some rule changes for the 2018 season.
What’s being emphasized is pace of play, especially in extra innings games which will begin with a runner on second base starting in the tenth inning.
In addition, all double AA clubs will be limited to eight mound visits per game and there will be a 15 second pitch clock when there aren’t any runners on base.
There will be a 15 day grace period at the beginning of the season for any infractions. The rules go into full effect on April 20th.
