Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum 35th annual $10,000 drawdown

With COVID-19, fishing for a good cause can be difficult, yet there’s an event going on in Biloxi tomorrow that will surely reel you in.

Saturday, it’s the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum’s 35th virtual annual $10,000 drawdown.

Due to COVID-19, the event is behind a little and held differently this year with a virtual drawdown and silent auction.

With your ticket purchase you can also get a grab and go fish plate that they’ll serve at the museum with beer or wine from 6 to 8.

The drawdown is the museum’s major fundraiser of the year. Corey Christy with the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum said, “We have some awesome items this year and we got some things people can enjoy safely outdoors. We have some great dinners and some of our unique things. We also have a guitar from the Hard Rock on there. Turns out this is our only fundraiser this year because of the environment so get out there and show your support.”

There’s still some tickets left and for more information call the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum at 228-435-6320.
