Man sentenced for sexual battery

A man will be spending his life behind bars after pleading guilty to molesting two children.

Fifty-seven year-old Ernesto Martinez will serve a life sentence plus 15 years. Martinez pled guilty to one count of sexual battery and one count of touching of a child for lustful purposes.

Due to the nature of the charges, Martinez will not be eligible for parole or early release.
