Man pleads guilty to child exploitation and sexual battery

Thirty-two year-old Quincy Joshua LaBauve of Biloxi pled guilty this morning to two counts of child exploitation and one count of sexual battery of a child under the age of 14.

The matter was set to proceed to trial today on the child exploitation charges. However, the defendant announced he wished to change his plea to guilty and he would also plea to the sexual battery charge.

The defendant then stood before the court and admitted his guilt to all three charges.
