Man Charged with Capital Murder in Death of Hancock County Toddler

On March 31, 2016, Maddox Viergge, 16 months of age suffered fatal head injuries.  Medical evidence indicates the victim’s injuries are consistent with abusive head trauma.  On April 4, 2016, Charles Connetti III was arrested and charged with Capital Murder.  It was determined baby Maddox was in the care of Connetti at the time the injuries were sustained.
